Where did it go wrong?
Bodhi existed online only on Facebook and Instagram: no website of her own. For appointments she paid for an expensive, unrelated platform that she also had to set up and manage entirely herself, on top of running her practice.

A calm website that feels like the treatment room itself, with a booking system on her own domain (afspraken.bodhibornem.be), configured exactly how she wants it. Setup, integration, maintenance: nothing left for her to look after.
